Fabian and his wife Adriana inherited a family lot at the indigenous reservation of Aponte, near Buesaco where they have produced some of the tastiest coffees in the region. The microclimate of the region allows for the coffee cherries to ripen slowly, better developing their sweetness; Sweetness which is accentuated by the emaculate honey processing done after harvest.
